My favorite nephew dog was put to sleep tonight at 6:00 pm. Korkie lived an extremely long and good life. He was 15 years old when he passed. My sister and her now husband (then boyfriend) had gotten Korkie and Korkie spent alot of time with me at my Mom's house. He was there before my neice and nephews came along, and I must say I loved him too much! Today I celebrate his life and I am saddened by his death, but I know he won't suffer and like I told my neice today, I know he can be in doggy heaven where he can be a pup again, playing, eating, and sleeping!
We'll miss you, Korkie. Rest in peace!

I'm so sorry :( It is always so hard losing a furry member of the family. They give us so much unconditional love and bring so much happiness to our lives. The little guy is definitely in a happier place.
